This 10.3 19.4-ounce light offers four brightness levels topping out at a 3650-lumen turbo setting and runtime ranging from 6.5 hours on high to more than two days on the 65-lumen low power setting. Coast’s Slide Focus mechanism makes it easy to alternate between a wide smooth flood beam and a sharply focused long-throw spot and you can lock in the beam angle you want with a simple counterclockwise twist of the light head. Power and brightness levels are controlled by a push-button switch on the tail which also serves as a real-time battery status indicator. Slide back the tail end of the light to reveal Coast’s Pro-Tek direct-connect port to re-power the Zithion-X battery pack. The light can also run on six AA batteries if recharging isn’t an option. This dust-tight water-resistant light is made of aluminum and stainless steel and its grenade-like handle texture provides a secure and comfortable grip.
