This electric skillet by the Gourmet d’Expert line of Zojirushi is very multi-functional with two cooking plates; a deep pan for soup-like foods and a flat plate for grilling. The deep pan can be used directly on the stove top burner and can be used with the adjustable steaming plate to help steam foods.
