Scorpion Real Anejo Mezcal is aged in French Oak barrels. The agave is cooked in brick ovens to get the smooth medium body flavor. The finish is long silky sweet and has a spicy finish. The color is clear it sits in the glass like a small puddle. The first sip has flavors of lime citrus cucumber and savory herbs. The initial taste is dry and sweet at the same time. It has lime citrus leather dry smoke and tonic. It has a smoky aftertaste.
