Based as far North as the wall this whisky will keep you going on even the coldest Night’s Watch. ### Product Description The Oban distillery is located in the town of the same name and sits on Scotland’s west coast. Founded in 1794 it has gone through multiple acquisitions and renovations but today it has found it’s home underneath the Diageo umbrella and is the Western Highland representative in their ‘Classic Malt’ series. Tasting Notes The initial sip confirms the richness with a wave of heavy luxurious notes of Morello cherry pie and candied orange peel that burst open on the palate. The finish is long and rich as it drifts into wonderful creme caramel and a gentle wisp of charred oak.
