For the Milam Greene Single Barrel each cask is individually rated bottled and handpicked from Milam Greene’s growing collection. The team only bottles whiskeys that meet the distillery’s criteria. The Straight Bourbon is then bottled from a single cask that holds 53 gallons about 200 litres. Each cask yields about 280 bottles and the cask number alcohol content in volume percent and alcohol content in American proof are handwritten on each label.
