Redwood Empire Cask Strength Pipe Dream Bourbon 750ml

It is a blend of two-year-old bourbon and four-year-old rye whiskey aged in new American oak barrels and finished in charred bourbon barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a cask strength of 115.2 proof and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey has a deep amber color with aromas of caramel oak and vanilla. On the palate it is smooth and creamy with notes of toffee spice and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness.
