The Traxxas Telemetry 2.0 Expander 2.0 GPS Module Combo requires the TQi radio system with Wireless Module TRA6511 TSM receiver TRA6533 Apple device running iOS 4.3 or higher or Android-equipped device with Android 4.4 and higher and the Traxxas Link App latest version available free on Google Play and the App Store Expanded Innovation The TQi Telemetry Expander 2.0 TRA6550X changes the game by allowing you to monitor and record real-time data from your vehicle while you drive. The Telemetry Expander accepts up to six auto-detectable sensors in addition to the three standard Traxxas sensors. There are currently three auto-detectable sensors to select from: voltage temperature and GPS. The Traxxas Link application automatically recognizes sensors so setup takes only a few moments! Advanced communication bus technology allows you to connect the telemetry expander to your TSM receiver or to your High-Voltage Power Amplifier or directly to the VXL-6s and VXL-8s electronic speed controls with optional data cables. The Telemetry Expander 2.0 with the installed GPS Module 2.0 provides the most accurate speed data possible. The Traxxas GPS Module 2.0 uses both GPS and GLONASS global positioning to deliver precise real-time speed information via the Traxxas Link App on your TQi Radio System with Traxxas Link Wireless Module. The GPS Module 2.0 installs easily inside the waterproof Telemetry Expander Module 2.0. The Traxxas Link App automatically recognizes the sensor with no other programming or setup required! Once the GPS module is installed the speedometer reverts to GPS speed instead of estimating the MPH based on gearing and motor RPM.
