Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye is aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast imparting a depth of flavor. Bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897 this whiskey is the purest expression of Redwood Empires craft. The Redwood Empire stretches from San Francisco to Humboldt Bay and onwards towards the Oregon border. The region is home to majestic coastal redwoods some more than 2000 years old including this whisky’s namesake- Rocket top. The 365-foot-tall tree from the Patriarch Forest in Humboldt Redwoods State Park is reminiscent of a bottle rocket. This rye whiskey is as layered and extraordinary as the time and complexity this tree represents.
