With the help of this system you can keep the contents for up to 2 weeks without loss of flavour or bubbles. The Coravin Sparkling is very easy to use. For example you can lock the Sparkling system with a lever and you can activate the system with the supplied Co2 capsules and a simple push of a button. Four Co2 capsules are included and with one capsule you can seal no fewer than seven standard 750ml bottles. Also included are two universal stops which fit any sparkling wine bottle including a magnum bottle. In addition to preserving taste and bubbles this system also ensures that no oxidation takes place.
