Coravin – Pivot + Wine Preservation System – Black

The Pivot + Wine Preservation System combines preservation with aeration to deliver a more aromatic and flavorful wine as you pour with the included Pivot Aerator attachment. The remaining wine in the bottle is preserved for up to 4 weeks to ensure a fresh-tasting glass whenever you are ready for it. Match your wine to your mood dinner courses or the weatherthe choice is yours. Begin by opening your bottle of wine and replace the cork or screwcap with one of the included Pivot Stoppers. Insert the Pivot Device through the stopper tilt the bottle then press and hold the button. Once you’re finished serving release the button and bring the bottle upright to stop the pour. Attach the Pivot Aerator to the Pivot spout to aerate the wine as you pour and enjoy silky smooth results that taste as if you decanted for an hour or more. The system is powered by replaceable Coravin Pure Capsules filled with 100% pure Argon gas to protect the remaining wine from oxidation. Coravin capsules are manufactured and inspected to ensure the highest level of preservation so your last glass will taste as fresh as the first. Each one will allow you to pour approximately twenty 5-ounce 150 ml glasses of wine.
