Evercoat Metal-2-Metal Aluminum Reinforced Filler is a true aluminum filler that provides maximum adhesion corrosion resistance and strength. METAL-2-METAL is easy sanding and delivers waterproof impact resistant repairs. This Evercoat body filler can be used in place of conventional body filler for superior adhesion corrosion resistance and longevity. Works in high-stress areas where objects will be mounted or where extra strength and compression resistance is required when drilling and tapping. Ideal for restoration work and classic car repair. Metal-2-Metal liquid reactor included. For best results clean and degrease the entire panel to be repaired with soap and water followed by a mild cleaning solvent. Surface must be thoroughly dry before repairing or applying material. Keep the repair area small. Use 40-80 grit to remove the paint and featheredge. Stir the filler before using. Add 12 drops of liquid reactor to a golf ball size of METAL-2-METAL. Mix thoroughly. Approximate setting time is 5-6 minutes at 72F-80F 22C. Apply in layers with even firm pressure. Do not apply all at once. Sand with 80 grit or finer. If necessary reapply additional coats or apply a finish coat of any Evercoat lightweight filler or polyester putty.
