Foundation Armor The Armour SC25 is a fast-acting cost-effective penetrating water repellent sealer specifically formulated for white or very light unsealed concrete surfaces. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armour SC25 is made from high quality non-recycled US manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed white and very light concrete. It works entirely below the surface wont change the look or colour of the substrate and wont leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption cracking spalling pitting mould mildew algae staining and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.
