New 15 years old Malt from Speyside distiller Balvenie to take the place of the previous 15year old single cask. This one has been matured solely in sherry butts from Jerez. Bottled from a single cask with no more than 650 bottles realised. The style has a nose of dried fruit and sherry notes with rich dried fruits and spicy character underpinned by strong sherry cask influence.
