Gardner fiber coat is a liquid applied brushable asphalt based coating designed to protect worn roof surfaces. When applied across the entire roof surface it provides weatherproofing protection from the elements. Also great choice for damp proofing foundation walls below grade. Protective coating that provides a waterproof barrier over the existing roof surface. May be used over composition and built-up roofs. Fiber-reinforced liquid brush grade. Covers approximately 50 sq ft per gallon.
