Bulletproof Hitches – 2.5in Extreme Duty Receiver Shackle

For the times when you must attach a rope strap or chain to your truck it’s vital to find the strongest possible point on the vehicle. The Extreme Duty 2.5BulletProof Receiver Shackle solves that problem by using a solid steel shank with a 1-1/4shackle that allows you to attach a rope strap or chain to your vehicle. This shackle features four different pin holes that allow the user to set the shackle in the direction they need to. The design allows it to be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations and can be useful in extended or recessed positions. For vehicles with stock bumpers this allows more of the shank to fit in the receiver opening. For vehicles with aftermarket bumpers where the shackle must protrude from the receiver to physically work with your bumper the additional pinhole towards the end of the shank gives you another 1-1/2of extension.
