Redbreast Single Pot Still 15 Year Old Matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American Bourbon whiskey barrels Redbreast 15 Year Old is bottled without the use of chill filtering and at a higher proof than the classic Redbreast 12 Year Old. The nose is subtle and refined with elegant aromas of berry fruit spice and toasted wood accented by a touch of caramel. The palate offers more depth than the nose suggests offering rich robust notes of fig blackberry toffee roasted nuts chocolate and nougat which merge with bold resinous oak spice on the long finish.
