Extracts broken dipstick tubes a common issue on Dodge 5.7L 6.1L HEMI Engines during engine service. When the dipstick tube breaks off a piece remians at entry point located at the bottom of the engine block near the oil pan. Use the extractor to thread into tube to remove. Use with #5401 Thread Adapter Tool and any standard thread 5/8-18 TPI slide hammer to properly remove the stuck dipstick tube. Features. Used with a torque wrench to access obstructed fasteners.
