Extreme gets its name from the amazingly hardy forages it contains Persist Forb and WINA-100 forage chicory. Not only are they hardy they’re also extremely attractive to deer. Extreme is highly versatile. It can flourish in a wide variety of soil typesfrom moderately-drained to well-drained. It can even tolerate soils with less than ideal pH levels. Extreme is cold tolerant heat tolerant and drought resistant. It can thrive in the harsh winter conditions of Canada as well as the warm climate of the Southern United States. Extreme is designed to perform best in seedbeds that have been prepared with tillage equipment but it can also tolerate being planted when equipment is limited. Select a site with moderately- to well-drained soil that receives at least 4 hours of sunlight per day. A seed blend that will enable you to plant a successful perennial food plot in slightly poorer soil.
