Rothco’s N-3B Snorkel Parka consists of a Water-Repellent Nylon shell and Heavyweight Interior filling for the utmost protection from extreme weather conditions. The parka features an adjustable hood with artificial wool-fur collar knit wrist cuffs drawstring waist for adjustments and a storm flap above the zipper. In addition Rothco’s N-3B Snorkel Parka has plenty of pockets with button closures and a zippered utility pocket with pen/pencil pockets on the left arm.
