Manufactured from powder-coated steel with a mesh design that is ideal for using with tie-downs it installs and removes easily with hooks and knobs. Please note that this top is designed to work solely with the Elevate Outdoor Steel Cargo Carrier with Folding Sides CC-1223. Do not use the carrier and top to transport pets or livestock. When installed on the compatible cargo carrier it is not recommended for use hitches less than 12in from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a rise adapter.
