The Harmony is a collection which draws its inspiration from the natural world. The Macallan’s Whisky Maker Steven Bremner hosted a masterclass with world renowned coffee masters to inform his creation and settled on the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia being the birthplace of coffee its only fitting that this bean is used for The Macallan’s first coffee-inspired whisky. The precious liquid is encased in a sustainable recycled box made using coffee bean husks that would have been thrown out. At 44% abv the dram was aged in sherry seasoned casks to compliment the rich taste of coffee.
