Easy to set up this jig ensures accurate repeatable results when making 1/2 and 3/4 box joints using any 1/2 router. To create snug joints every time the supplied eccentric guide bushing lets you adjust the position of the cutter relative to the template to fine-tune the fit. You can use the jig on a router table or operate the router freehand guiding it manually along the template affixed to a stationary workpiece. Suitable for stock 1/8 to 13/16 thick and 2 to 17 13/16 wide the fiberglass-reinforced nylon template comes with two side stops two positioning cams a 1/2 straight router bit with 1/2 shank a guide bushing* with adjustment pin wrench and all mounting hardware as well as an instruction manual. *Fits base plates with a 1 3/16 through-bore and a 1 3/8 counterbore.
