It is pre-assembled and has minimum 4-Inch concrete pour. Floor box comes with a fixed height/levelling ring and a deep-set GFCI/decorator opening that offers aesthetic look. Flange and hinged door cover assembly for floor box has cast into concrete mounting type and cable entry through door for convenient installation. Floor box is UL listed.
