This Single Pot Still Whisky is unique to Ireland. Amber in the glass with a deep floral character of elderflower and honeysuckle alluding to fruitier notes of ripe red plum and nectarine. The fresh fruit motif continues on the palate with exquisite biscuity flavors. These all lend a hand to a smooth long finish. Nose: Fresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood. Taste: Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples rounded off with toasted oak. Finish: Lingering flavours of spices and barley. 40.0 % alcohol by volume.
