Amtrol Fill Valve 109-15

For over seven decades Amtrol has provided solutions for hot water systems and the FT-109-15 is the perfect example. When water enters the fill valve it pushes open a spring-loaded check valve then flows through an automatic shut-off valve that is held open by by charge pressure from the expansion tank. This raises the fillgate stem compressing the automatic shut-off valve spring allowing water to run through the valve body and system connection to the heating system. Once the pressure has been restored the tank depresses allowing the shut-off valve to close. FT-109-15 is pre-charged to 12 psig and is adjustable up to 100 psig to accommodate larger systems. Factory Pre-Charged This fill valve is pre-charged to 12 psig providing tank pressure that will control system fill. Adjustable The automatic fill valve is fully adjustable up to a working pressure of 100 psig.
