HexClad The cookware combines high quality stainless steel with a laser-etched non-stick surface using our patented hexagonal design to provide the ideal hybrid cooking performance. Using a three-layer construction our cookware has a layer of aluminum encapsulated between two layers of stainless steel for perfect heat distribution. The HexClad 35cm frying pan and lid are completely non-toxic and PFOA free. The cooking surface is a combination of ceramic diamond dust and stainless steel for the best balance between utility and performance. HexClad The cookware is ready for any kitchen thanks to its compatibility with all types of hobs including induction gas electric and ceramic and oven safe up to 260 C. Please note that all HexClad lids are only safe up to 260 degrees Celsius. Keeping your HexClad cookware clean is a breeze; the surface is resistant to metal utensils to prevent scratches and can be cleaned with steel wool and burning pads. In addition all HexClad cookware is dishwasher safe although hand washing is highly recommended. The 35 cm frying pan is about 35 cm in diameter 6 cm in height and 3.1 kg.
