Compatible with all Insta360 cameras the telescoping sections are locked and loosened by a clockwise/counterclockwise rotation system. The top of the pole provides a 1/4″-20 screw to mount your camera or accessory and a 1/4″-20 thread is provided at the bottom for mounting the pole on a tripod handle strap or other mounting equipment.
