The Turducken is a delicious partially deboned turkey with bone-in wings and legs attached. The turkey is stuffed with a whole boneless duck and a whole boneless chicken. Between each layer is then stuffed with cornbread dressing. The turducken is seasoned frozen then vacuum sealed. The Turducken does not require any preparation only thaw the turducken and pop into the oven. Guaranteed to be a family favorite! Unit Size 14 lb Serves approximately 20-25Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking. For best results remove from box leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48-72 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 375 F breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan covered for 3 hours then uncovered for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting. Slice off wings and drumsticks.
