This guitar is only 4 months old and it is in mint condition. I am only selling it because I have 4 other acoustic guitars and I can’t play them all. I lowered the action at the nut and saddle and the guitar plays great up and down the fret board with no buzzing. I have changed strings once and it currently has DAddario EJ11 strings on it. The Fishman Pickup is uniform across all strings. It comes with the Orangewood padded gig bag. The truss rod is fully functional and there are no scratches dents or dings anywhere on the guitar. The guitar has a solid Mahogany top and layered Mahogany back and sides which gives it a mellow softer sound than a standard Spruce or Cedar top guitar. It has a very nice tone and for the quality and price you can’t beat Orangewood.
