The Cardinal Gates Auto-Lock Baby Gate Model MG15 is a great gate for high traffic areas. This hardware-mounted baby gate features a patented auto-locking latch that allows rapid passthrough in either direction using only one hand; simply pull up and twist the latch to open and just swing the gate shut to close – it securely locks itself shut. At 29.5 inch tall this gate is adjustable and able to close off openings from 26.5 inch to 40.5 inch out of the box with optional 10.5 and 21.75 inch extensions Models BX-1 and BX-2 sold separately to increase the span up to a maximum of 62.25 inch. The Cardinal Gates Auto-Lock Baby Gate is constructed of high quality aluminum which is lighter weight than steel and virtually rustproof as well with no plastic pieces to break or wear out. The powder-coated finish provides a long lasting easy-to-clean surface intended for indoor use only. All necessary hardware for basic installation is included in the box.
