No adhesives are used on the diapers making the cake easily deconstructed for use and all diapers are completely usable. Each cake includes a scallop-edged cake board as a sturdy base allowing cakes to be placed on cake stands or directly on a table as a centerpiece. Elegant satin ribbon is wrapped around each tier and assembled with a bow including a satin wired bow topper as the crown of the cake.
