The Swatch X MoMA Collection is the product of a collaboration between watch brand Swatch and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The pair have worked together on a number of occasions since Swatch was founded in 1983. Swatch have three of their designs on display at the MoMA and have featured at exhibitions within the museum. Both MoMA and Swatch are famed for their use of bright and bold colours which makes this collaboration a perfect fit. The collection features six watches all designed with inspiration from artworks that are on display in the MoMA. Core Features of the Swatch X MoMA Collection: Each of the watches in the collection is a special edition design inspired by artworks from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. All of the watches are powered by a precise and reliable quartz movement. The watches are all water-resistant up to 30m 3 bar. Each of the watches has a silicone strap a plastic buckle clasp and a plastic case. All of the watches feature the MoMA logo on the keeper. The watches are all Swiss made. Model Specifications SUOZ333: This model features the artwork titled The Dream by Henri Rousseau. The work depicts the vibrant green jungles that Rousseau visited in his dreams. The case is printed with a jungle foliage design and measures 41mm. An image of a jungle cat features in the centre of the dial. The hour and minute hands are waved making them reminiscent of vines. The vibrant green jungle print is continued along the watch strap.
