The Seiko Presage Watch Collection is inspired by the glamorous jet-set cocktail bars with slim polished markers and delicate curved hands reminiscent of a martini glass with a sleek and svelte design. Made with SEIKO’s own in house automatic movement incorporating the Trimitic design using a diestock device that absorbs impact and reduces friction with a fast-winding magic lever system incorporating extremely durable and strong spoon alloy materials. The new Seiko Presage SSA425 timepiece is part of the “Style 60’sCollection inspired by the classic 1964 Crown Chronograph Seiko’s own first wristwatch equipped with Japans first stopwatch function. The 40.8mm polished stainless steel case has a partial open heart dial that displays Seiko’s in-house caliber movement 4R39. The rich creamy black satin dial has a box shaped glare-resistant sapphire crystal with a small 24-hr subdual located @11. Small details such as the beige LumiBright application to the razor sharp diamond shaped hands and indiced markers gives this a vintage feel but still easily legible. Fashioned after the retro colors of that time a fixed matching black aluminum bezel surrounds the minutes track on the contoured chapter ring. The stainless steel easy-grip oversized crown has a 50 meter water resistance capacity. Fitted with a brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet with angled lugs for comfort and a twin push button tri-fold safety clasp closure adjustable by two to stay secure and in place on the wrist.
