The Omega HyperDrive Thunderbolt 3 USB-C Hub converts the Thunderbolt 3 ports on a 13 or 15 MacBook Pro 2016/2017 into additional connections. The HyperDrive features a slim gray design to match and directly attach to the side of your MacBook Pro. When connected to the MacBook Pro’s two Thunderbolt 3 ports the hub provides two USB 3.1 Type-A ports along with a USB Type-C port to access printers external drives and other USB-outfitted peripherals. For transferring content from digital cameras microSD and SD card slots are available. There’s also an HDMI port so you can directly connect a TV or monitor without requiring an adapter. Another notable port on the hub is a pass-through Thunderbolt 3 port so you can daisy chain multiple Thunderbolt 3 devices such as 5K displays external GPU enclosures and more.
