BD Black Diamond Recon Access Mitts are mountaineering gloves with a truly innovative design that allows you to open them thanks to a side zip and use your hands without actually having to take them off! In this way you can carry out activities where maximum sensitivity is needed being able to quickly return to the warm protection of the glove.This innovative model was born from the collaboration with the BD athlete and the adventure photographer Chris Burkard who needed a fast system that allowed him to use the camera so as not to miss the right moment to capture! All this with warm and comfortable gloves that kept him warm even at extreme temperatures in a range from -30 / 4 C.There is also a waterproof pocket in the cuffs that allows you to store small useful items like camera batteries lens caps or other essential items. Another very comfortable detail is the elastic in the wrists that allows you to remove them completely and have them always hung and ready to be worn again.The outer part of the glove is made up of two layers of 170g PrimaLoft Gold on the back and 170g on the palm. The latter is covered in leather to give you exceptional grip and durability and integrates a material in the fingertips that allows you to use touch screen devices.
