This is a great mic for fiddle mandolin and reed instruments. I thought I lost my older one which I’ve used for four years with no complaints so I purchased a new one. Lo and behold the old one showed up right after I purchased this one! So now I have two and I’m selling the newer one. It has a 6′ cord goes through phantom power hardly ever feeds back. I play in a bluegrass unit so I’m not sure how it does in a situation with drums but I’ve used it in clubs with a lot of room noise and it does just fine. Clear beautiful tone very true to how your fiddle sounds without amplification.
