They’re built on our iconic comfortable air-cushioned sole that’s oil and fat-resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance. And secured with a Goodyear Welt. Born on 01. 04. 60. Named the 1460. Over six decades our 8-eye work boot has become iconic. Vintage Smooth is a retro edition of our signature Smooth leather with a subtle grained effect and contrast base color. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Shoe Polish. Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch.
